Henry "Tripp" Swinney - the brother of Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney - was arrested Tuesday, less than a week before the Tigers play for the national championship, according to Zack McDonald of the Panama City News Herald.

Swinney, 47, is accused of cyberstalking and harassing his estranged wife with acts that allegedly involved sending her malicious text messages - including nude photos of his wife - after a restraining order was filed against him for domestic violence.

The victim said Swinney used the texts and pictures to intimidate her as the couple's injunction hearing approached. She added she frequently received threatening voicemails until the permanent restraining order was installed.

According to the Bay County Sheriff's Office, the victim told Swinney on Oct. 7 that she would file for divorce, and told him to stop calling, emailing, and texting her.

Dabo Swinney declined to comment to the newspaper.
