Nebraska receiver Brandon Reilly was issued a citation for drunk driving early Friday morning in Lincoln.

According to the police report, Reilly was observed driving 65 mph in a 60-mph zone, and pulled over. During the traffic stop, a police officer noticed a strong odor of alcohol and administered a field sobriety test.

Reilly's blood alcohol content was measured at .150, which is almost double the legal limit of .08 in Nebraska. Following the citation, the school's athletic department released a statement addressing the incident.

"Head coach Mike Riley and athletics administration are aware of the incident involving Brandon Reilly," the statement said. "We will continue to monitor the situation and determine the appropriate disciplinary measures."

The junior wideout was the Cornhuskers' second leading receiver in 2015, registering 40 catches for 754 yards and four touchdowns.
