Ray Williams already holds the world record for heaviest raw squat without wraps at 966 pounds, and made more history Sunday at the USA Powerlifting Raw Nationals by becoming the first competitor to squat 1,005 pounds.
The mark won't stand as an official world record since it didn't occur during an international competition, but it's still impressive.
