Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball has officially been ruled out of Monday's contest versus the Memphis Grizzlies, the team announced.
Ball was questionable entering the game with a left knee sprain he suffered in Saturday's victory over the Dallas Mavericks. It's a minor injury, but the team is taking a cautious approach with the No. 2 pick.
The Lakers have yet to pick up a win without Ball in six tries. Tyler Ennis is expected to start in his stead.
Brandon Ingram will also miss the game with a mild left ankle sprain.
