Brighton & Hove Albion's Ezequiel Schelotto: Subs off with head injury

Schelotto subbed off with a head injury during Sunday's match with Arsenal.

Analysis:

Schelotto took a Sead Kolasinac shoulder to the head, which knocked the Brighton defender unconscious for a short period of time. Kolasinac was sitting on a yellow card and arguably should have been sent off for the challenge. Shelotto will have a difficult time returning for next Saturday's match with Everton after such a heavy challenge.
