Free-agent cornerback Aaron Colvin intends to sign a four-year deal with the Houston Texans, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the contract is worth $34 million with $18 million guaranteed, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
Houston is poaching a free-agent corner from the Jacksonville Jaguars just one year after the Jags landed former Texans starter A.J. Bouye on a five-year, $67.5-million free-agent contract.
Bouye went on to make the Pro Bowl this past season.
The 26-year-old Colvin played all 16 games in 2017 but made just five starts behind Bouye and Jalen Ramsey. He recorded five passes defensed and recovered one fumble.
