The Minnesota Timberwolves have extended the qualifying offer to power forward Nemanja Bjelica, according to The Athletics' Jon Kawcynski.
The move makes the 30-year-old forward a restricted free agent this summer, giving the Timberwolves the right to match any offer sheet he receives.
Bjelica has averaged 6.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 37.1 percent on 3-pointers during his three-season career. The Timberwolves outscored opponents by 0.4 points per 100 possessions with Bjelica on the floor last season.
