Terrell Owens didn't take kindly to criticism levied at him by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones over his decision to skip next month's Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

Jones called the decision a "mistake," and Owens fired back immediately:

Owens is electing to give his Hall of Fame speech at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which has drawn criticism from several players and league figures.

Owens played for the Cowboys from 2006-2008. He posted three consecutive 1,000-yard plus seasons in Dallas, and lead the NFL in receiving touchdowns during the 2006 campaign. The team released Owens in March 2009, much to the receiver's surprise, and it remains a point of contention nearly a decade later.
