Carolina Panthers offensive tackle Daryl Williams tore his MCL and dislocated his right patella during Saturday's practice, the team confirmed.
"We are beginning the early stages of rehabilitation, and there is currently no timetable for his return," the Panthers said in a statement.
The injury reportedly isn't believed to be season-ending, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Williams was named a second-team All-Pro in 2017 and graded out as the third-best offensive tackle in the NFL by Pro Football Focus.
Taylor Moton is expected to replace Williams in the starting lineup.
