76ers' Boban kicked stuntman 15 feet while filming 'John Wick 3'
Philadelphia 76ers center Boban Marjanovic made his big-screen debut this week in "John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum," in which he plays an assassin who fights Keanu Reeves' titular character.
In an interview with Ben Cohen of the Wall Street Journal, director Chad Stahleski revealed that Marjanovic was reluctant about having to kick Reeves' stunt double in the chest.
"Boban, being a nice guy, said, 'No, no, no, you don't really want me to kick him,'" Stahelski recalled.
After some assurance from Stahleski, Marjanovic delivered the kick.
"We had calculated the stuntman was going to land about eight feet away," Stahelski said. "He landed about 15 feet away."

Marjanovic told For The Win's Charles Curtis that he had to kick Reeves, too, which is what's used for the fight scene.
"I kicked the stuntman first because my foot is so big, I didn't want to kick (Reeves) in the face," he said. "It was a pretty good kick, to be honest. I kicked both of them, but in the movie, it was Keanu."
