Another Tom Brady rookie card appears set to enter the record books.
Bidding on an autographed Brady 2000 Playoff Contenders Championship Rookie Ticket card has already reached $1.94 million at Lelands, with 20 days remaining until the auction closes, according to Action Network's Darren Rovell.
The news comes a little over a week after another copy of the same Brady rookie card sold for $1.32 million, setting a record for the highest amount ever paid for a football card.
The Lelands card is graded 8.5 with an autograph grade of nine. The auction description notes it was purchased on eBay over 10 years ago and has been kept in a private collection since.
