The Chicago Bulls didn't move up into the top four of the 2021 draft through Tuesday's lottery, so the team will convey its 2021 first-round pick - the eighth overall selection - to the Orlando Magic.
The Magic netted the pick - along with Wendell Carter, Otto Porter, and another lightly protected 2023 first-round pick - as a result of the deadline deal that sent two-time All-Star center Nikola Vucevic and Al-Farouq Aminu to the Windy City in March.
Despite the big in-season acquisition, the Bulls sputtered down the stretch while missing out on the final play-in tournament berth by two games.
