Vasilevskiy, Swayman drop gloves in outdoor goalie fight
Tampa Bay Lightning netminder Andrei Vasilevskiy and Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman traded blows in the first outdoor goalie fight in NHL history during Sunday's Stadium Series game at Raymond James Stadium.
Vasilevskiy skated the length of the ice to drop the gloves after Swayman went after Lightning forward Brandon Hagel in front of the Bruins crease.

Vasilevskiy's southpaw stance appeared to catch Swayman off guard, as he got the better of the Bruins netminder with a series of left-handed punches.
The two netminders shared a long embrace at center ice following Tampa Bay's 6-5 shootout victory.

This was the second NHL goalie fight in less than two weeks after Sergei Bobrovsky and Alex Nedeljkovic squared off Jan. 19. Prior to that tilt, the last NHL goalie fight took place in 2020 between Cam Talbot and Mike Smith.
