Injury Roundup: Newton, Palmer lead list of big names going down in Week 4

The 2015 NFC Championship teams are reeling: Both are 1-3 and facing the loss of their starting quarterbacks to concussion.

The Cardinals may be in worse shape, since they have a quick turnaround to play on Thursday night, and are looking at an uphill climb in the loaded NFC West.

Here's a roundup of the notable names that suffered injuries in Week 4:

Cam Newton, Panthers
Diagnosed with concussion. Will have to pass through protocol before return.

Carson Palmer, Cardinals
Head coach Bruce Arians said it would be difficult for Palmer to play in Week 5's Thursday nighter after he suffered a concussion Sunday.

NaVorro Bowman, 49ers
Feared to have suffered a torn Achilles. Set to undergo MRI on Monday.

Darrelle Revis, Jets
Left Sunday's game with a hamstring injury.

Trevor Siemian, Broncos
Day to day with a shoulder injury, which is reportedly an AC joint sprain.

Gerald McCoy, Buccaneers
Sustained a calf injury and did not return to Sunday's game. Was seen leaving stadium in a walking boot.

Matt Forte, Jets
Reportedly underwent X-rays after the game. Not known if he suffered a new injury or re-aggravated a knee injury.

Thomas Davis, Panthers
Dealing with a hamstring injury that forced him from Sunday's game.

Ryan Kerrigan, Redskins
Set to undergo an MRi on Monday after suffering an elbow injury.

Devin Funchess, Panthers
Was forced from loss to the Falcons with a toe injury.

DeForest Buckner, 49ers
Sustained lower left leg injury. Will undergo further evaluation after MRI on Monday.
