A Green Bay Packers fan landed himself in jail Sunday after stiffing a cab driver on a $475.60 fare during his ride home from Lambeau Field.

Police said Nathan Tyler Meleski, 24, convinced the cabbie to drive him to Richfield, Wis. - located 111 miles south of Lambeau Field - with the promise that he'd get money out at a truck stop ATM to cover the fare, according to Bruce Vielmetti of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Meleski allegedly slipped out the back door of the truck stop, but was tracked through the snow to a Richfield bar, where he told deputies he got drunk at the stadium, was separated from his friends, and lost his cell phone. He was booked on a misdemeanor charge of defrauding a taxi cab operator and released.

The Packers beat the Houston Texans 21-13, so Meleski's day wasn't all bad.
