Steve Smith is continuing to cement his status as one of the all-time great pass-catchers.

With a 34-yard touchdown in Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, the Baltimore Ravens wide receiver passed Marvin Harrison for seventh on the NFL's all-time receiving list.

The big-play score, which gave Baltimore an early third-quarter lead, pushed Smith up to 14,612 yards for his illustrious pro career.

While the 37-year-old had put off retirement to avoid having his career brought to an end by injury, the level of production he's maintained through his 16th season will have many wondering whether he'll return in 2017 and continue moving up in the record books.

Even one more season could allow Smith to challenge for a spot as high as No. 2, where Terrell Owens sits behind only Jerry Rice with 15,934 yards. Randy Moss, Isaac Bruce, Tony Gonzalez, and Tim Brown all check in a few hundred yards away from one another in the four spots now remaining in between.

Smith entered Week 15 action having tallied 58 receptions for 646 yards and three touchdowns across just 11 appearances.
