Nicki Minaj name-drops Giants punter Brad Wing on new song

Punters are people too, and Brad Wing of the New York Giants could receive some unexpected national attention.

Wing received a shout-out on Nicki Minaj's new song with Calvin Harris, titled "Skrt on Me."

"And I'm playing the field, Brad Wing in the punt," Minaj raps.

Wing first drew Minaj's attention on June 18, posting his version of the #NickiMinajChallenge on Instagram.

Minaj responded to Wing's caption, stating "Yo u bout to get a shout out on 6/30", a reference to the release date of Harris' album, "Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1".

Upon hearing the song, Wing invited Minaj - a noted Giants fan - to an upcoming game of her choice.
