Curler Matt Hamilton, Aaron Rodgers bond on Twitter over mustache
Despite not making the medal round in mixed doubles, United States curler Matt Hamilton has become one of the standout faces of PyeongChang 2018 thanks to his engaging personality and fantastic mustache.
As Hamilton turns his attention to the men's event, he took to Twitter to recruit some support from one of the most famous athletes in the U.S., Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Sure would be nice if I could get a little @AaronRodgers12 support while I'm here at olympics... maybe with enough retweets and comments he will hit me up! #GoPackGo #curling #OlympicGames2018

Rodgers was active on Twitter on Wednesday having already given a shoutout to Shaun White for his incredible gold medal performance in men's halfpipe. He wasted little time in responding to Hamilton, referencing his #strongstachegame among other things.
Hey @MattJamilton , pulling for you and your mustache this #OlympicGames bring home a medal to Wisconsin!! #curling #strongstachegame #stache #stash #midrange #pancakeday2018 #pancakes #samelliott #bobbygoulet #InternetFriendsDay #MardiGras18 #BurtReynolds
