Travis Scott joining Maroon 5 in the Super Bowl LIII halftime show may not be a done deal, after all.
Jay-Z, who has been critical of the NFL for its treatment of former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, is trying to talk Scott out of performing, sources told Variety's Jem Aswad and Shirley Halperin.
TMZ reported Thursday that Scott has signed on for the halftime show and that Cardi B and Big Boi are also in talks about performing.
