Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt's workout video of him running while being held back by an elastic band didn't impress his brother T.J., who let J.J. know about it.
Seconds later, J.J. replied to his younger brother.
Playing in his third professional season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, T.J. was a First-Team All-Pro selection after collecting 14.5 sacks and a league-high eight forced fumbles. However, that wasn't enough to clinch the 2019 Defensive Player of the Year award, which was earned by New England Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore.
Along with Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor, J.J. holds the record for the most Defensive Player of the Year awards in NFL history with three.
