Green Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard will reportedly miss time indefinitely after undergoing core muscle surgery, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Lazard popped up on the injury report Thursday after the ailment kept him out of practice.

The wideout was coming off a great showing in Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints as one of quarterback Aaron Rodgers' frequent targets, catching six passes for a career-high 146 receiving yards.

The Packers are currently dealing with more than one concern, with star pass-catcher Davante Adams missing Week 3 due to a hamstring injury and returning to practice Thursday as a limited participant.

Lazard has been a decent complement to Green Bay's receiving corps, totaling 738 yards receiving over his three-year career.

The Packers will take on the Atlanta Falcons this Monday before enjoying a Week 5 bye.
