Houston Texans running back David Johnson isn't expected to play against the Cleveland Browns in Week 10, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Johnson was forced out of last Sunday's game versus the Jacksonville Jaguars due to a concussion and didn't practice Wednesday.

Texans interim head coach Romeo Crennel said the 28-year-old's status for Sunday remains "up in the air."

Johnson currently leads the Texans with 408 yards and three touchdowns on the ground through eight games. He's also caught 16 passes for 161 yards and one score.

If Johnson is sidelined Sunday, Duke Johnson would likely carry the load at running back for the 2-6 Texans. He's racked up just 95 rushing yards and one touchdown through six appearances in 2020.
