Carolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is inactive for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions.
Backup P.J. Walker will start in Bridgewater's absence.
Bridgewater sprained his MCL in Week 10 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and was a game-time decision. The quarterback was seen testing out his injury earlier but was ruled out shortly before kickoff.
Walker has made two appearances this season, completing three passes for 15 yards.
The Panthers will also have Will Grier active behind Walker.
Carolina started the season 3-2 but have lost five straight games.
