Seahawks' Carson set to return on MNF vs. Eagles
Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson wasn't listed on Saturday's injury report and is expected to play Monday against the Philadelphia Eagles.
"He looks really good. He looked explosive and in great shape. He's got fresh legs. ... You could tell," Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Saturday, according to Brady Henderson of ESPN. "He could feel it in his change of direction and all that stuff, so he's really raring to go. He's full go."
Carson hasn't played since Week 7 due to a foot injury.
Despite appearing in just six games this season, the 26-year-old leads Seattle with 66 rushing attempts. He's also racked up 323 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.
Additionally, the veteran runner has caught 22 passes for 147 yards and three scores this year.
The 7-3 Seahawks rank 10th in the NFL with 121.3 rushing yards per game.
