The Carolina Panthers activated wide receiver D.J. Moore from the reserve/COVID-19 list ahead of Saturday's game against the Green Bay Packers, the team announced Wednesday.

Moore was sidelined for the Panthers' loss to the Denver Broncos after testing positive for COVID-19 last week. He was one of eight players Carolina placed on the reserve list.

The Panthers' outbreak was linked to their players gathering outside the team facility during their bye week. The club is reportedly expected to fine those players.

Moore, 23, has racked up 50 catches for 924 yards and a team-high four receiving touchdowns through 12 games this season.

Defensive tackle Zach Kerr remains on the COVID-19 list.
