Bills' Diggs, Beasley active for wild-card game vs. Colts
The Buffalo Bills will have their top wide receivers available for Saturday's playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley are both active for the contest despite dealing with injuries throughout the week. Diggs was bothered by an oblique injury, while Beasley is returning from a knee ailment that sidelined him for Week 17.
Diggs, acquired from the Minnesota Vikings in the offseason, has built an incredible rapport with quarterback Josh Allen. The 27-year-old wideout was voted first-team All-Pro after leading the league in receptions (127) and receiving yards (1535).
Beasley also earned All-Pro honors, tying for the final spot on the second team. Like Diggs, Beasley also enjoyed a career year in 2020, recording personal highs in receiving yards (967) and receptions (82).
Both receivers played large roles in Buffalo's first division title since 1995. The Bills finished the year with the second-highest scoring offense in the NFL, averaging 31.3 points per game.
The Bills will be taking on a Colts defense that allowed just 22.6 points per game but also ranked 20th against the pass.
