Cowboys remain world's most valuable sports franchise

The Dallas Cowboys remain the world's most valuable professional sports franchise on Forbes' annual list.
The Cowboys are worth $5.7 billion in 2021, an increase from $5.5 billion last year. Dallas has now topped Forbes' list in each year since 2016.
The New York Yankees ($5.25 billion) and New York Knicks ($5 billion) are the other franchises worth at least $5 billion.
Overall, the NFL features 26 of the top-50 franchises on the list, including two other organizations in the top 10. The New England Patriots and New York Giants rank eighth and ninth, respectively, at $4.4 billion and $4.3 billion.
