Report: Eagles waive Travis Fulgham
The Philadelphia Eagles have waived wide receiver Travis Fulgham, a source told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
The Eagles could still bring back Fulgham on their practice squad if he goes unclaimed on waivers, Garafolo adds.
Fulgham was the Eagles' leading receiver last season with 539 yards. But he's since fallen down the pecking order, losing significant snaps to John Hightower, Greg Ward, and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside in the preseason.
The 25-year-old exploded onto the scene during a Week 5 contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers last year, catching 10 passes for 152 yards and a touchdown. He followed up his Week 5 showing by registering over 70 receiving yards in each of Philadelphia's next three games.
But Fulgham's playing time diminished as the 2020 season progressed; he failed to play over 50% of offensive snaps in any of the Eagles' last five games.
