A.J. Brown expected to play vs. Jaguars; Julio ruled out
Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel told reporters Friday he expects wide receiver A.J. Brown to play Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
However, Vrabel said Julio Jones will miss his second straight game.
The Titans' star receivers both missed last week's contest against the New York Jets due to a hamstring injury.
Jones currently leads the Titans in receiving yards with 204 after being acquired from the Atlanta Falcons in an offseason trade. Brown has struggled to replicate his teammate's production, catching just seven passes for 92 yards across three games.
Without Jones, Chester Rogers is expected to help complement Brown in the Titans' passing attack. Rogers recorded 63 yards on five catches last week.
