Lamar misses game vs. Packers with ankle injury
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was sidelined for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers due to an ankle injury.
Jackson didn't practice this week after sustaining the ailment in the first half of last week's loss to the Cleveland Browns. The Ravens had listed him as questionable for Week 15.
The 24-year-old has completed 64.4% of his passes for 2,882 yards and 16 touchdowns against 13 interceptions through 12 appearances this year. He's also rushed for 767 yards and two scores.
Jackson has missed one game in 2021 due to an illness.
Tyler Huntley replaced Jackson versus Green Bay for his second start of the season. The 23-year-old also took over under center in Week 11 against the Chicago Bears, helping Baltimore clinch a 16-13 win.
Injuries have been a big issue for the Ravens, who currently have 17 players on injured reserve, including seven starters, according to Jamison Hensley of ESPN.
