Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni entered the COVID-19 protocols after a positive test, the team announced Wednesday.
Sirianni is symptomatic and will conduct his coaching duties virtually. The team is hopeful he will be back for Sunday's game against the New York Giants.
Passing game coordinator Kevin Patullo will serve as acting head coach while Sirianni is away from the team.
The Eagles are in the conversation for a wild-card spot after winning four of their last five, including Tuesday night's victory over the Washington Football Team, to move to 7-7.
