Report: Ravens host Wagner
Bobby Wagner visited the Baltimore Ravens on Friday, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
The Ravens have a high interest in the linebacker, per Fowler.
Wagner and the Los Angeles Rams, who apparently hosted the free agent earlier this week, were reported to have mutual interest in reaching a deal. The Dallas Cowboys also reportedly reached out to the longtime Seattle Seahawk.
Seattle released Wagner earlier this month after 10 seasons. Regarded as one of the league's best linebackers at the peak of his career, the 31-year-old has racked up eight Pro Bowl nods and six All-Pro selections.
Wagner has recorded 1,383 tackles since entering the league in 2012. That ranks first among all NFL defenders during that stretch.
If he were to sign with Baltimore, Wagner would join a linebacker group headlined by 2020 first-round selection Patrick Queen.
