New York Giants star running back Saquon Barkley will play in Sunday's divisional contest against the Philadelphia Eagles, head coach Brian Daboll told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Barkley was questionable this week after popping up on the injury report with a neck injury Thursday. He was a limited participant in practice Thursday and Friday.

Daboll added the team will keep an eye on Barkley's condition throughout the game.

The 2018 second overall pick has been key to the Giants opening the season with a 7-4-1 record. Barkley leads all NFC rushers with 1,055 yards on the ground. He trails only Josh Jacobs, Nick Chubb, and Derrick Henry for the NFL lead.

New York enters Week 14 having failed to record a victory in its last three games, dropping two contests before tying the Washington Commanders last week. The Giants still currently hold a wild-card spot.
