Free-agent running back Leonard Fournette said he dodged a potentially serious incident after his car caught fire while he was driving.

Fournette shared a video showing his SUV torched on the side of a highway Tuesday.

"It was one of those days today, but I would like (to) thank God," Fournette wrote. "My car caught on fire while I was driving, but I am still blessed."

Fournette remains unsigned after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers released him in March. The 28-year-old spent the last three seasons with the Bucs, rushing for 1,847 yards (4 per carry) and 17 touchdowns in 43 games. He also caught 178 passes for 1,210 yards and five scores.

The LSU product played his first three NFL seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars, who drafted him fourth overall in 2017.
