Minnesota Vikings cornerback Byron Murphy intends to bring up Taylor Swift to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce on the field in an attempt to get under his skin in Week 5.

"I'm going to say something to him to get him going," Murphy said, according to Kevin Seifert of ESPN.

He added, "We're going to try to get our hands on him in front of her."

Swift has attended the last two Chiefs games, including Sunday Night Football in Week 4 against the New York Jets. She was with actress Blake Lively and actor Ryan Reynolds.

It's unknown if Swift will attend the Chiefs-Vikings game Sunday.

"Oh man, the social media is going crazy," Murphy said. "And I'm not hating against it. That's the world we're living in. Is she going to come to this game? We're locked in, but that would be something. I've been watching her since I was a kid. That would be cool, for sure."

The Vikings signed Murphy to a two-year, $17.5-million contract this offseason. He has 19 tackles and three passes defended in four contests.

Minnesota improved its record to 1-3 with a victory over the Carolina Panthers in Week 4.
