Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs and defensive back Brian Branch have been ruled out of the club's Week 6 contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Both first-year players will miss their second consecutive game. Gibbs is dealing with a hamstring issue, while Branch is managing an ankle injury.

Rookie tight end Sam LaPorta is questionable with a calf ailment.

Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, who missed last week's victory with an abdomen injury, doesn't have a designation entering the weekend and will be available.

St. Brown (331 yards) leads the Lions in receiving, while LaPorta (289) ranks third on the team. LaPorta's yardage is second among all tight ends, trailing only Travis Kelce's 346 yards.

Guard Jonah Jackson was also ruled out with an ankle issue.
