Commanders' Allen rues latest loss: 'I'm tired of this shit'
Washington Commanders defensive tackle Jonathan Allen expressed vehement frustration after the club's 14-7 loss to the New York Giants on Sunday.
"I'm f-----g tired of this shit," said Allen, per NBC Sports' JP Finlay. "I'm f-----g tired of this bullshit. It's been seven f-----g years of the same shit. I'm tired of this shit."
Washington selected Allen with the No. 17 pick in the 2017 draft after he enjoyed a standout career with Alabama. The Commanders are 42-62-1 since he entered the league.
They had a chance to score late in the fourth quarter, but a red-zone incompletion on a fourth down led to the Giants running the clock out.
