Harris questions how long Steelers' record will hold up amid offensive woes

Najee Harris has serious doubts that the Pittsburgh Steelers can maintain their winning record unless their offense improves.

"You can do two things," Harris said after Sunday's 13-10 loss to the Cleveland Browns, according to Nick Farabaugh of Steelers Now. "You can look at the record and say, 'OK, we're still good right now.' (Or) you can look at the record and be like, 'If we keep playing this type of football, how long is that going to last?'"

He added, "I look at it like, how long is this shit gonna last? It's a good record, but this is the NFL. Winning like how we did is not going to get us nowhere."

Despite their winning record, the Steelers have been outgained in all 10 outings this season. Sunday's loss was the first time Pittsburgh has been defeated in a one-score game this year.

Harris called for a team meeting involving all offensive players following Sunday's letdown.

"We're going to have a talk as a team," Harris said, per Joe Rutter of Trib Live. "That's the best way to say it."

The 25-year-old added, "I want to say what I really want to say, but it’s difficult."

He also admitted that at times, it seems as though opponents know what Pittsburgh will call on offense.

Harris was held to 35 yards on 12 carries against the Browns, though running mate Jaylen Warren enjoyed a successful day with 129 rushing yards. Kenny Pickett also struggled to move the football, completing just 15 of his 28 attempts for 106 yards with no touchdowns.
