Evans extends record with 10th straight 1,000-yard season to begin career
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans extended his NFL record to 10 consecutive seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards to begin a career.
The wideout hauled in a pass late in Sunday's fourth quarter of the Bucs' 21-18 win over the Carolina Panthers to reach the milestone.

Evans entered Sunday's contest with 11,275 yards and 90 touchdowns on 737 career receptions. The 30-year-old finished Sunday's game with seven catches for 162 yards and a score.
Tampa Bay fans showed their appreciation for Evans' prolonged production after he added to his record.

Hall of Famer Jerry Rice is the only other receiver with more consecutive seasons of 1,000 yards with 11, but he didn't start his streak until his second year in the NFL.
