Jaguars' Kirk placed on IR with core injury

The Jacksonville Jaguars placed wide receiver Christian Kirk on injured reserve with a core muscle injury, the team announced Friday.
Kirk will miss at least four games on the reserve list. He'll be eligible to return for Jacksonville's Week 18 matchup with the Tennessee Titans.
The wideout sustained the injury in the team's 34-31 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night.
Kirk paces the Jaguars with 787 receiving yards through 12 games. He also ranks second on the team in catches (57) and touchdown receptions (three).
The 27-year-old joined Jacksonville ahead of the 2022 campaign after starting his career with the Arizona Cardinals. Kirk has hauled in 377 receptions for 4,797 yards and 28 scores in 85 career contests.
