Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle and running back Raheem Mostert are officially active for Saturday's wild-card game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Waddle and Mostert were limited participants at practice this week and listed as questionable for the Chiefs matchup. The wideout has been dealing with an ankle injury, while the tailback is battling knee and ankle ailments.

The pair missed Miami's final two regular-season games.

Waddle's and Mostert's return is great news for a Dolphins team missing several key players due to injury. Center Connor Williams (knee), edge rushers Jaelan Phillips (Achilles) and Bradley Chubb (knee), and linebacker Jerome Baker (wrist) are among the starters Miami has ruled out for the remainder of the season. The Dolphins also won't have Xavien Howard against Kansas City, as the veteran corner remains sidelined with a foot injury.

One of football's best young receivers, Waddle caught 72 passes for 1,014 yards and four touchdowns through 14 games in 2023. The 25-year-old has topped 1,000 yards in each of his first three NFL seasons.

Mostert topped 1,000 rushing yards for the first time in his career during the 2023 campaign and also led the NFL with 18 TDs on the ground.
