Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce made playoff history during Sunday's 27-24 win over the Buffalo Bills by combining for their 16th career postseason touchdown.

After tying Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski with TD No. 15 in the second quarter, Mahomes and Kelce broke the record with another score in the third quarter.

Kelce's previous score came on a 22-yard pass and resulted in his brother, Jason Kelce, celebrating the TD in a big way while watching the game in a suite at Highmark Stadium.

It took Mahomes and Kelce 16 playoff games to break the record. Brady and Gronkowski connected for 15 TDs across 22 playoff contests, 16 of which came as members of the New England Patriots. They also posted six postseason appearances with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

San Francisco 49ers legends Joe Montana and Jerry Rice rank third with 12 playoff touchdowns.

Kelce finished the Bills matchup with five receptions, 75 yards, and two touchdowns. The 34-year-old has now caught 18 playoff touchdowns throughout his career. He's also scored on passes from Alex Smith and Chad Henne.
