Kendrick Lamar performing Super Bowl LIX halftime show
It's confirmed that the vibe will not be killed at the upcoming Super Bowl halftime show.
Award-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar announced Sunday he'll headline the Super Bowl LIX halftime show in New Orleans on Feb. 9, 2025.
"I'll be performing at Super Bowl LIX. Will you be pulling up? I hope so," Lamar said in a video.
Lamar previously performed at the Super Bowl LVI halftime show with a star-studded group that included Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Mary J. Blige.
The 37-year-old is known for his hit songs "Swimming Pools (Drank)," "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe," "Not Like Us," "HUMBLE.," and several others.
Lamar's career has spanned over 20 years. He's won 196 awards, including 17 Grammys and 29 BET Hip Hop Awards.
Usher headlined last year's Super Bowl halftime show.
