Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis sustained a shoulder injury during Monday's 31-12 win over the Miami Dolphins.

Levis got hurt in the first quarter after landing on his shoulder while trying to pick up a first down. Doctors looked at the injury, and Levis spent the second quarter on the sideline with his helmet on after being listed as questionable. Mason Rudolph replaced him under center for most of the matchup.

Titans head coach Brian Callahan said postgame that Levis "100%" will remain the team's QB1 if he's healthy, according to team reporter Jim Wyatt.

Levis - who's had a disappointing start to the 2024 season - completed 3 of 4 pass attempts for 25 yards with no touchdowns and one interception before exiting the game. Rudolph went 9-for-17 passing with 85 yards to help Tennessee claim its first win of the season.

With their starting QB banged up, the Titans posted 40 carries for 142 yards and two touchdowns against the Dolphins. Running back Tony Pollard led the team with 88 yards (4 per rush attempt) and one TD.
