The Miami Dolphins activated wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. from the PUP list on Saturday ahead of their Week 5 game against the New England Patriots, the team announced.

Beckham - who signed with Miami this past offseason - missed the first four games this year due to a knee injury. The Dolphins officially listed him as questionable to face the Patriots after he was a full participant at practice this week.

Beckham's season debut could help a Dolphins team that's been struggling with its depth at WR. Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle are the only Miami wideouts with more than one catch in 2024. The team also rosters wide receivers Braxton Berrios and sixth-round rookie Malik Washington, as well as practice squad wideouts Dee Eskridge and Erik Ezukanma.

Running back De'Von Achane leads the 1-3 Dolphins with 20 catches so far this season.

Beckham is years removed from his last 1,000-yard season in 2019. However, the 31-year-old did average a career-high 16.1 yards per catch with the Baltimore Ravens in 2023. He caught 35 passes for 565 yards and three touchdowns while making 14 appearances with Baltimore.

Miami also has questions at quarterback, as Tua Tagovailoa was recently placed on injured reserve with a concussion. Tyler Huntley is expected to make his second straight start with the team in Week 5, with Skylar Thompson serving as QB2.
