Report: Vikings' Hockenson to miss TNF, make season debut in Week 9

Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson is expected to be activated off injured reserve Friday and make his season debut in Week 9 against the Indianapolis Colts, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports.

Hockenson, who's recovering from an ACL tear suffered last season, was downgraded to out for Thursday's game versus the Los Angeles Rams.

The 27-year-old was a limited participant in practice throughout the week before being downgraded to out for Thursday's game.

A two-time Pro Bowler, Hockenson caught 95 passes for 960 yards and five touchdowns last season before his knee injury.
