Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk is expected to miss the remainder of the season after sustaining a broken collarbone during Sunday's loss to the Green Bay Packers, sources told Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports.

Kirk caught only two passes for 59 yards in Week 8 before suffering an injury while trying to make a catch.

Kirk ranks second on the team with 379 receiving yards this season. He's also posted one touchdown on 27 receptions. The 27-year-old was reportedly generating interest from multiple teams ahead of the Nov. 5 NFL trade deadline.

Kirk set a career high with 84 catches, 1,108 yards, and eight TD catches in his first season with the Jaguars in 2022 but wasn't able to replicate that production last year, as injuries limited him to 12 appearances on the season.

Kirk is part of a Jaguars wide receiver depth chart headlined by first-round rookie Brian Thomas Jr. Jacksonville also rosters Gabe Davis and Parker Washington, as well as tight end Evan Engram.

Jacksonville fell to 2-6 in 2024 with its loss to the Packers.
