Report: Vikings acquiring Robinson from Jaguars
The Minnesota Vikings are acquiring offensive tackle Cam Robinson from the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Minnesota will also land a 2026 conditional seventh-round pick in the deal in exchange for a 2026 fifth-round selection that can turn into a fourth-round pick based on Robinson's playing time, Pelissero adds.
The deal comes days after Minnesota lost star left tackle Christian Darrisaw for the season to a knee injury.
Robinson has started 91 games over his eight-year career since being drafted by the Jaguars in the second round in 2017. He missed last week's contest against the Green Bay Packers due to a concussion but played in Jacksonville's first seven games of the year.
The 29-year-old has allowed four sacks and 15 pressures in 239 pass-blocking snaps this season, according to Pro Football Focus. Robinson is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent in 2025.
Minnesota has allowed 3.1 sacks per game this campaign, the third-worst mark in the NFL.
The Vikings face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football in Week 9.
