Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell expects offensive coordinator Ben Johnson and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn to receive head coach jobs elsewhere in the NFL.

"I would expect to lose both, but I haven't been told anything," Campbell told reporters Monday, including WXYZ Detroit's Brad Galli. "I've got a feeling. I'm prepared to lose both."

Johnson has been associated with the vacancies of the Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Las Vegas Raiders this hiring season. Glenn has taken meetings with the New Orleans Saints and New York Jets, in addition to the previous three teams.

Johnson's offense finished the regular season averaging 409.5 yards and a franchise-record 33.2 points per game. Those marks ranked second and first in the NFL, respectively.

Glenn led a unit that was decimated by injuries. Detroit's defense ranked 20th in yards (342.2) and seventh in points (20.1) allowed per game. It also recorded 24 takeaways.

Campbell believes potential replacements for the pair could already be in the Lions' building.

"I think we've got guys on staff that I think are more than qualified and would be outstanding in those roles," the 48-year-old said. "But that does not mean that I'm not looking outside, either."

He added: "I want what I believe is going to be as close to what we have been as possible. And we don't lose what we're about and our identity."

Detroit went 15-2 in the regular season to earn the NFC's No. 1 seed for the first time in franchise history. However, the Lions weren't able to carry that success into the postseason, falling 45-31 to the Washington Commanders on Saturday.
