The Jacksonville Jaguars revealed they have narrowed down their general manager search to five candidates and in-person interviews will begin Wednesday.

The finalized list includes the team's interim general manager Ethan Waugh, San Francisco 49ers' director of scouting and football operations Josh Williams, Green Bay Packers' vice president of player personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan, Los Angeles Rams' director of scouting strategy James Gladstone, and Chicago Bears' assistant general manager Ian Cunningham.

Previous candidates included former Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson and Buffalo Bills director of player personnel Terrance Gray.

Jacksonville fired Trent Baalke on Jan. 22 after four full seasons as general manager. Under Baalke, the team finished 25-43, including a 12-game losing streak from the end of the 2023 season into 2024. The Jaguars also fired head coach Doug Pederson on Jan. 6.

Whichever candidate fills the vacancy will work alongside new head coach Liam Coen. The Jaguars hold the fifth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
